Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DevOpenConf is dedicated to providing an inclusive, respectful, and harassment-free experience for all participants, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or technology choices. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations and enforcement procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-text-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5494d15b79a70f9e744f4114364fba9e\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">2. Expected Behavior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All participants\u2014attendees, speakers, sponsors, organizers, and volunteers\u2014are expected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show respect and courtesy to others at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in constructive discussions and avoid demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect differing viewpoints and experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain permission before sharing personal content, photos, or private conversations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all instructions given by event organizers and venue staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-text-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-62c81a8c7e36f8e136c84b358e1dfe16\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">3. Unacceptable Behavior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following behaviors are considered harassment and will not be tolerated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or technology choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unwelcome sexual attention or advances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive behavior, including sustained interruptions, heckling, or trolling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inappropriate use of nudity, sexual images, or violent imagery in presentations, online discussions, or conference materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-text-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e60db830ae8c236119a65c4df9361486\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">4. Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, event organizers may take any of the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Issue a verbal or written warning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Require the participant to cease the offending behavior immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expel the participant from the conference without a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involve security or law enforcement if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-text-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b68fb27b8b4c377348912de62f2aadf9\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">5. Reporting Violations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you experience or witness any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them as soon as possible to a member of the organizing team. Reports can be made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In person to an organizer (identified by official badges).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via email at <a href=\"mailto:report@devopenconf.org\">report@devopenconf.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anonymously through our online reporting form (link provided at the event).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-text-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-542c2be012ebf63911634e7e9f737772\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">6.
